What are the benefits of dress hire?

When you hire a dress, you can be sure to find the right style and size in the perfect condition for your event.

You can also be sure to find a dress that is in good condition and has been well-maintained. We have a wide range of dresses to choose from, so you can be sure to find the perfect dress for your event. 

We also offer a try-on service so you can see how the dress looks on you before you commit to hiring it.Dress hire is a great option if you are not sure what style of dress you want to wear for your event. It is also a good option if you do not want to spend a lot of money on a new dress. Dress hire is a great way to get the look you want without breaking the bank and minimising your fashion footprint.

Should i clean my dress before i return it?

At Heartbeat hire we include the cost of dry cleaning within the hire cost.

This means you do not need to cleanthe dress yourself, We will take care of all of the cleaning which means one less thing for you to worry about.

What happens if i damage the dress?

Accidents happen! If you do damage the garment in any way please contact heartbeat.hire@gmail.com. 

The dress more than likely can be fixed however if the garment is beyond repair, unfortunately, you will be charged the replacement value of the product. This decision is made by our customer care team so please ensure you read terms and conditions

Size and fit

What if the outfit doesn't fit?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we cannot provide refunds or credits for this as we still need to dry clean the piece upon its return and this dress has still been unavailable for other customers to hire it. 

Hiring is a unique industry, which is why our returns policy has been modified accordingly. We are so sorry about this and hope that you can understand. 

Do you offer last minute hires?

There is no shame in leaving things to the last minute (we all do it!)

For perth collections we can have your order ready within 1-2hrs

However for postage orders i cannot guarantee that the order will arrive on time without at least a few days notice with postage.

Can i try the desses on?

Yes of course! You are welcome to book a try on appointment via the booking system

How long can i hire the dress for?

Bookings are for 4 days only. The first day of your booking is the day the dress is collected / arrives and the final day is the day the dress needs to be returned / posted back.

Postage Delivery / Returns

If my garment is being posted do i have to sign for delivery?

No you don’t. We mark all parcels as authority to leave, if you require your parcel to be signed for please make sure to include this in the delivery instructions at checkout

How much is postage?

We offer outfit postage for the whole of Australia at the additional flat fee of $30 which will be added to your order

This fee will provide you with delivery express shipping and a pre paid return label for return express shipping.

How long will my dress take to be delivered?

The estimated express delivery time is 2-4 business days- depending on your location.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately No, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

How do I return my dress?

Simply place your dress in the return pre-paid satchel included in your order and lodge over the counter at an Australia Post Outlet (highly recommended) or place in a YELLOW Express Australia Post Box by 4pm on your return date.

What if I return my dress late?

We rely heavily on timely returns; by posting your dress back late you are potentially inconveniencing another customer.

No one wants to be left without a dress so please make sure you return your dress on time! 

If you return your item(s) late you will incur a thirty dollar ($10.00) late fee for every day you are late up to 200% of the retail value of the dress as indicated on our website.

What do I do if I have lost my return satchel?

If you have lost your return satchel, it is your responsibility to send the order back to us via Express Post by the due date at your own expense.

What if my hire ends on a Sunday or public or holiday?

Simply return your dress to an Australia Post Outlet by 4pm the following business day.
